Candice McNabb, JD

Candice McNabb is an experienced personal injury and product liability attorney with more than 20 years of experience establishing an impressive record in the mass tort arena. Since 2000, she has been representing victims nationwide who have been injured by defective pharmaceuticals/medical devices, exposed to toxic chemicals and those who have suffered workplace accidents. Her proven track record has led to numerous settlements on behalf of thousands of clients against major corporations.

Candice has extensive knowledge and experience in case management, litigation and resolution. She has managed large mass-tort dockets including defective drugs such as Invokana, Xarelto and Zantac.  She has also managed large dockets involving defective products such as Transvaginal Mesh products, 3M Combat Earplugs and Kugel Hernia Mesh, where she also served on the Plaintiffs’ Science Committee.

Candice earned her undergraduate degree with a scholarship in volleyball, ultimately receiving her Bachelor of Science in American Jurisprudence from the University of Houston. She went on to obtain her Juris Doctorate from South Texas College of Law where she earned recognition on the Dean’s list, was a finalist in the ABA State Mock Trial Competitions and was a writer for the law school journal. She is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Houston Bar Association, American Association for Justice (AAJ) and Texas Trial Lawyers Association.
