Stephen "Buck" Daniel, J.D.
Stephen "Buck" Daniel was born and raised in Dalton, Georgia. After attending The McCallie School in Chattanooga, Tennessee, he graduated Cum Laude from the University of Georgia in 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts in History. Buck earned his Juris Doctorate from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 2011. During his time at Cumberland, he was awarded the Eula May Brown Scholarship and appeared on the Dean’s List every semester. He was admitted to the Georgia Bar in 2011 and is licensed to practice before all state courts in Georgia.
While in law school, Buck was a Donworth Moot Court Competition Finalist, and a participant in the Parham Williams Trial Competition. He also authored, alongside Mr. Nations, both a review, “On Becoming A Trial Lawyer”, that was published in Trial Magazine and the paper, “Dispelling Law School Trial Advocacy Myths”, that was presented to the AAJ Law Student Program. His summers were spent clerking with the firm in Houston, Texas.
