From Bush Intercontinental (via I-45)

JFK Boulevard to Beltway 8, make a right onto the beltway
Take Beltway 8 to I-45 South
Take I-45 South to Allen Parkway Exit
Take the Allen Parkway to Studemont Drive Exit
Exit Studemont Drive and take a left at the 1st light onto Studemont
Studemont becomes Montrose
Turn right on Richmond
Take the first left which is Yoakum Blvd
The Sterling Mansion is the last building on the left hand side.

From Bush Intercontinental (via Hwy 59)

Hwy 59 South
Go past downtown
Take the Shepherd/Greenbriar Exit
Take a right onto Shepherd
Take a right on Richmond (which is the first traffic light)
You will go about 8 blocks to Yoakum Blvd
Take a right on Yoakum Blvd
The Sterling Mansion is the last building on the left hand side.

From Hobby Airport

I-45 North toward downtown
Take Allen Parkway Exit
Take Studemont Drive Exit
Take a left at the 1st light onto Studemont
Studemont becomes Montrose
Turn right on Richmond
Take the first left which is Yoakum Blvd

From 59 South (traveling North)

Take 59 North toward downtown
Take the Richmond Exit
Take a left at light onto Richmond
Once you pass Montrose, take the first left which is Yoakum Blvd
The Sterling Mansion is the last building on the left hand side.

From 59 North (traveling South)

Take 59 South passed downtown
Take the Shepherd/Greenbriar Exit
Take a right onto Shepherd
Take a right on Richmond which is at the first traffic light

Take a right on Yoakum Blvd

From I-10 (traveling either east or west)

Take the Studemont Exit

Note:
If you are traveling East on I-10 you make a right hand turn on Studemont.
If you are traveling West on 1-10 you will make a u-turn to get to Studemont after which you will also make a right hand turn onto Studemont.

Studemont will become Montrose
Turn right on Richmond
Take the first left which is Yoakum Blvd
The Sterling Mansion is the last building on the left hand side.

Take Main Street to the circle

Take the 3rd right in the circle onto Montrose
Turn left on Richmond
