The Law Offices of Howard L. Nations is a national catastrophic injury and pharmaceutical litigation firm. We represent plaintiffs who have been injured by defective drugs and medical devices. We also specialize in catastrophic injuries and wrongful death from other causes, such as trucking accidents, other motor vehicle accidents, drunk driving, elevator accidents, birth trauma, amusement park rides and other defective products. In our business litigation practice, we represent both plaintiffs and defendants. We recently represented plaintiffs from seven states who were defrauded of millions of dollars by California-based defendants. Currently the firm is representing people who have been injured by pharmaceuticals and medical devices, such as the diabetes drug Actos, the DePuy ASR and DePuy Pinnacle hip implants, Yaz and Yasmin birth control, transvaginal mesh devices, and Gadolinium contrast dye. Our individual catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases consist primarily of people injured or killed by trucking collisions, drunk driving, and distracted driving. We have successfully prosecuted all kinds of injury cases, including roller coasters, water parks, elevators, forklifts, and medical malpractice.

He has over thirty years of teaching experience and is one of the best regarded and most sought after speakers in the legal profession. Mr. Nations has been heavily involved in mass torts litigation for several years. He served as a court-appointed member of the Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee (PSC) in the Zyprexa and Ortho Evra multi-district litigation (MDL), was also on the Executive Committee of the Ortho Evra MDL, and is currently serving on the Gadolinium PSC.
