Stephen “Buck” Daniel was born and raised in Rocky Face, Georgia. After attending The McCallie School in Chattanooga, Tennessee, he graduated cum laude from the University of Georgia before attending Cumberland School of Law at Samford University. While at Cumberland he was awarded the Eula May Brown and Presidential Scholarships. He is admitted to the Georgia Bar and licensed to practice before all state courts and the United States District Court For The Northern District Of Georgia. Since his admittance to the Bar, Buck has successfully handled personal injury cases, toxic tort worker’s compensation claims, domestic matters, felony criminal charges along with a focus on pharmaceutical mass torts.
Alongside Mr. Nations, Buck authored both a review, “On Becoming A Trial Lawyer” that was published in Trial Magazine and a paper, “Dispelling Law School Trial Advocacy Myths” that was presented to the AAJ Law Student Program. He also wrote and presented “We’re Not So Different, You and I – Initial Evaluation for Mass Tort Cases” at the Georgia Trial Lawyers 2014 Annual Convention. He is a member of the inaugural Georgia Trial Lawyers Association’s LEAD class, and in 2012, 2013 and 2014 was named a member of The National Trial Lawyers – Top 40 Under 40.
